Sighisoara [#visitRomania]

Sighisoara is one of the most beautiful cities in Romania and it has been on my "must-see-places" list for a long time. A medieval city, with beautiful fortress, paved narrow streets, small souvenir shops and restaurants, Sighisoara was our host for two days. As you might have seen on my Instagram, we spent the first day attending the lovely wedding of our dear friends, in terms of being their Godparents But more about that soon, after I receive the professional wedding photos :D.
The second day however was meant for visiting the city, having some quality time with our friends and of course, taking some photos.
I selected the ones I like most and they will give you an idea of this beautiful city and why I strongly believe that the tourism in Romania should be getting more advertising as there are so many gorgeous places to be seen, not to mention that you can find everything here: mountains, sea, the Danube Delta, a great variety of flora & fauna, beautiful medieval cities, good food and affordable prices. Sighisoara is just one of these places and I'm truly happy that I manage to see it.

On another matter, that day I chose to wear my pink maxi skirt together with an off-shoulder lacey blouse and a camel/brown bag. I added only a few accessories: a pair of statement earrings, a watch and a pair of sunglasses of course.

I will try getting back on track with my posts the following week cause I have some new items to show you but the lovely photos we took in Sibiu / Hermannstadt, another beautiful city in Romania. Until then, I'm looking forward to hear your opinion. :)

favorite pastels

[EN] Hey loves, how are you these days?! I wanted to show you today a simple, yet a cute outfit composed of my currently favorite pastels: baby blue (serenity) and light pink (rose quartz). For me spring is all about pastels and I think these two go wonderful together. They are so feminine, soft and lovely that I would wear them all day, every day.
Anywho, I have quite an obsession at the moment for off-the-shoulder blouses and I can't wait for summer to come to be able to wear them more often. As in for the pants, I've been searching for something different than jeans, some pants which would go both with sneakers and with heels, not very thick ones but also not too thin, a bit loose and cropped. Quite demanding, I know haha, but I finally manage to find these ones at H&M. They are super comfy and soft and I love how they look in both casual and elegant combos, so I had to get them in two colors: light pink and black. However, if you are interested you can find them also in navy blue or with a certain pattern. Finally, I just added a white clutch and my heels with floral pattern because I like to keep everything simple, yet chic. Remember, less is always more.

[RO] Buna dragelor, ce mai faceti voi?! Astazi vreau sa va arat un outfit destul de simplu, dar dragut, outfit pe care l-am creat folosind pastelurile mele preferate: albastru deschis (serenity) si roz deschis (rose quartz). Pentru mine primavara inseamna sa port culori pastelate, iar cele de astazi mi se pare ca arata foarte dragut impreuna. Sunt foarte feminine, finute si dragute si daca as putea le-as purta mereu.
In momentul de fata imi plac foarte mult bluzele lasate pe umeri (cred ca mi-am format chiar o mica obsesie pt ele :)) ) si abia astept sa vina vara sa le pot purta mai des. Cat despre pantaloni, imi doream altceva decat blugi, niste pantaloni care sa se potriveasca atat cu sneakers cat si cu tocuri, nu foarte grosi dar nici foarte subtiri, putin mai lejeri si mai scurtuti. Cam multe pretentii, stiu haha, dar am reusit in final sa ii gasesc pe acestia la H&M. Sunt foaaarte comozi, materialul este tare placut la purtat si merg in ambele combinatii mentionate mai sus. A trebuit evident sa ii iau in doua culori: roz deschis si negru, iar va intereseaza, ii mai puteti gasi si pe bleumarin si alte modele cu diferite imprimeuri. In final am mai adaugat tinutei gentuta alba si pantofii cu imprimeu floral si cam atat, pentru ca imi place sa pastrez totul cat mai simplu si chic. Tineti minte, putinul inseamna tot timpul mai mult.

Rose Quartz Maxi (II)

[EN] Hello my darlings, I hope you're having a great start of the week. As I told you in my previous post, I created another outfit with THIS SKIRT, simply because it's so pretty and I like it so much. I also find it a great investment for spring and summer and it is so easy to style - you can wear it in so many different ways. Moreover, I always feel more inspired when I see more outfits created around one piece of clothing, so I think this would be helpful and inspirational for you when you need ideas for styling a maxi skirt.
If the first look was an effortlessly chic one, this is definitely more feminine, elegant and glamorous, which can be worn even at a party. I chose a burgundy shirt with a black bow tie, a pair of lace up ballerinas (which can't be seen very well) and a faux leather jacket, which you can take on colder days / nights. I always like to have a little bit of contrast in my looks and I think I managed to create it quite well by putting the rose quartz skirt together with a burgundy shirt. What do you think? [RO] Buna dragilor, sper ca aveti parte de un inceput de saptamana frumos. Dupa cum va spuneam in postarea anterioara, am creat o a doua tinuta cu aceasta FUSTA, pur si simplu pentru ca este atat de frumoasa si imi place foarte mult. Mi se pare a fi o investitie foarte buna pentru primavara si vara si este foarte usor de asortat - o puteti purta in o gramada de combinatii. Pe langa toate acestea, pe mine ma inspira mereu sa vad mai multe tinute create in jurul unei anumite piese, asadar cred ca un al doilea post cu aceasta fusta ar fi si pentru voi de mare ajutor cand veti avea nevoie de idei pentru a purta o fusta maxi.
Daca primul look a fost unul chic, dar mai lejer, cel de astazi este cu siguranta mai feminin, mai elegant, mai glam si poate fi purtat chiar si la o petrecere. Am ales o camasa bordo cu fundita neagra, o pereche de balerini cu siret (care nu se vad prea bine) si o geaca neagra de imitatie de piele, de care veti avea nevoie in zilele / serile mai reci. Imi place sa am mereu un pic de contrast in tinutele mele, iar de data aceasta cred ca mi-a iesit destul de bine prin alaturarea fustei roz si a camasii bordo. Ce parere aveti? Care tinuta va place cel mai mult?

Rose Quartz Maxi (I)

[EN] You probably know already that this year's colors are Rose Quarz and Serenity and if these fancy names confuse you, you should know that they refer to a shade of light pink and a shade of light blue. I couldn't be happier since both of them are among my favorite colors and I find them way better than last year's color - Marsala. Why? Simply because these are prettier, lighter, pastel colors which can be worn all year round but especially in spring and summer, freshening every outfit up.

Maxi skirts and dresses are also on my "Beloved Items" list and you can imagine that I set my eyes months ago on THE ONE I'm wearing today. It finally arrived in my wardrobe a week ago and in fact, I don't mind for waiting so long because I love it even more now and the season which enables me to wear it properly has just began. The skirt is very beautiful, the fabric is a bit shiny and not very thick, but definitely a qualitative one. It has a gorgeous color and it's length is perfect - I'm very happy that it is so long since I don't like the ones which show the ankles. The first look I went for is definitely perfect for the beginning of spring and I paired the skirt with an off-white off-the-shoulders sweater, a camel bag and a pair of boots in the same shade as the bag. I added some golden accessories among which my new pair of rosegold aviator sunglasses.
However, I won't stop here since I have tons of ideas of wearing this skirt, so you will probably see another look with it next week on the blog.

[RO] Probabil stiti deja ca Rose Quarz si Serenity sunt culorile anului 2016, iar daca aceste denumiri extravagante ridica multe semne de intrebare, sa stiti ca de fapt este vorba de o nuanta deschisa de roz si una deschisa de albastru. Eu una ma bucur foarte tare de aceasta alegere din moment ce amandoua se afla printre culorile mele preferate si mi se par mult mai frumoase decat culoarea anului trecut - Marsala. De ce? Pentru simplul motiv ca sunt mai dragute, mai delicate, mai pastelate si pot fi purtate pe tot parcursul anului, dar in special primavara si vara, inviorand orice tinuta.

Fustele si rochiile lungi se afla si ele printre preferatele mele, asa ca va puteti imagina ca mi s-a pus pata pe FUSTA de astazi acum cateva luni. A ajuns in final in garderoba mea acum vreo saptamana si va spun sincer ca nu imi pare rau ca am asteptat atat sa o comand pentru ca acum imi place chiar mai mult si de fapt, sezonul in care se potriveste cel mai bine de abia acum a inceput. Fusta e minunata, avand un material putin lucios si nu prea gros, dar cu siguranta de buna calitate. Culoarea e superba, iar lungimea e perfecta - ma bucur ca e asa de lunga deoarece nu imi plac cele care lasa gleznele la vedere. Prima tinuta in care am ales sa o port este una perfecta pentru acest inceput de primavara, combinand-o cu un pulover lasat pe umeri, o geanta in nuanta camel si o pereche de cizme tot camel. Am adaugat niste accesorii aurii, printre care si noua mea pereche de ochelari de soare aviator, intr-o nuanta rosegold .
Oricum, sa nu credeti ca ma opresc aici din moment ce am o gramada de idei de a purta aceasta fusta, asa ca probabil o veti vedea saptamana viitoare intr-un outfit nou.
