Light denim & pink

Coat / Pardesiu - HERE / AICI || Shirt / Camasa - Esmara by Heidi Klum ||
Jeans / Blugi - Esrara by Heidi Klum || Heels / Pantofi - Primark || Bag / Geanta - H&M

Hey loves,

As usual, Monday comes with a new post and this time I chose something different, something I don't wear very often but definitely something I like: the full denim look. Truth be told, I quite like Germany's Next Top Model and I admire Heidi Klum a lot, so when I saw her new collection during one episode of GNTM I totally adored it and I knew I want to get two items from this collection: the jeans and the shirt, which were exactly what Heidi wore during that episode. I found the shirt immediately, but finding the jeans was more problematic and finally I asked my mum to get them for me in Romania, because here in Germany they were sold out everywhere. I have to tell you that these collections have super affordable prices and the fabrics are very good, in my opinion. For example, the jeans are stretchy, comfortable and super soft and the shirt is made out of a thicker denim with a great color and cut.

But you know, I had to add my girly touch to this denim look, so the moment I got this powder pink COAT I knew I wanted to wear it in this combination and I love the result. The coat is very spring appropriate as it is quite thin, but I love its color and how feminine it looks. The pearls on the sleeves and their shape were also some pretty good reasons why I chose it.
Finally, I added my floral heels and a bag / clutch in the same shade as the coat, et voila..pastels, florals and sunshine - the perfect spring look, right? :)

Wishing you a lovely new week,
A.

Spring Florals

Hey loves, spring is finally here to stay and therefore I prepared for you a new wishlist with some of my favourites elements for this season: florals, pastels, pretty dresses / jumpsuits and accessories. They are 100% my style and I would wear them all without having any second thoughts. They even make me dream about summer already! :) As you should know by now, the direct links to each product are under the photo.

To my fellow bloggers and not only I must tell you that creating this collage gave me some headaches. Why? Well, I used to make all my collages with Polyvore, but surprise surprise, that website doesn't exist anymore so I had to find another one, which was not an easy task. I just thought you might want to know that, sadly, Polyvore doesn't exist anymore.

On another matter, I wish you all a wonderful day and stay tuned, I still have some outfits prepared for you!

Which is your favourite item from this collage?

Love, A.

Pastels in the wind

Dress / Rochie - HERE / AICI || Bag / Geanta - HERE / AICI ||
Sandals / Sandale - Zara || Earrings / Cercei - Bershka

I don't think the wind was ever more annoying than yesterday when we had to take these pictures. I mean, the wind blows here 90% of the time, but yesterday I just couldn't catch a break. The hair was constantly on my face / in my mouth, the dress was in all the wrong places, etc., long story short, it was really hard to take a few decent photos! You will understand soon what I'm talking about it :)

Anyway, on Saturday afternoon I received a new package with some adorable new items and the first one that caught my attention was the colourful maxi DRESS that I'm wearing today. I honestly didn't expect it to be so beautiful, but it grew on me instantly when I saw it and I immediately imagined myself wearing it on vacation, at the beach (omg, I can't wait!). The fabric is very flowy and light, the pastel colors are gorgeous and it has the perfect length, aka it goes up to the ground (this is very important for me!). I also find the style of this dress to be very unique, feminine and somehow charming and not something you see everyday.
I am usually a European size S-M and I got this one in size M because I was afraid it won't be long enough for me, which is why it is a bit large in the chest area but that is not something that bothers me. Point is, always measure yourself before ordering :) Other than that, because I am not yet on the beach, where I would wear it with some flip flops or flat sandals or even barefoot, I had to wear it in a city-appropriate attire and so I accessorised the DRESS in quite a simple manner with some golden jewellery and sandals and a nude bag. :)

So, my friends, what did we find out from this post?
1. The wind was truly a bitch yesterday and it pissed me off.
2. My obsession for maxi dresses continues. :)
3. I did find this gorgeous colourful dress HERE.
4. You should always check the sizing charts provided on the website and of course compare it with your measurements before ordering.

Having said all this, I wish you all a wonderful new week!
Love, A.

Late autumn in #pastels 💝

It's Monday again and even if it was a bit hard waking up after a full weekend, I couldn't wait to start showing you the result of a hard working day when my dear friend helped me take tons of photos of the new stuff I got and I still haven't finished yet. :) That means, many many new outfits coming up around here, stay tuned!

Anyway, until a few years ago I hated autumn and winter and all the cold weather and what comes with it. But as the time passed and we grow older (I guess) we start appreciating things differently and so it is with the seasons. I tried to find the bright side and I actually realised there are so many reasons to love the cold season, reasons which cannot be applied to summer, for example. And so it goes:

- YES to fluffy sweaters
- there are colorful leaves everywhere
- a hot tea, chocolate or coffee will always warm you up
- it is the perfect time to snuggle under a blanket and read your favourite book
- it is finally the right time to light up those lovely scented candles
- warm socks
- the smell of cinnamon and fresh oranges
- Christmas is coming!
- the crisp air
- apple cider
- blanket scarves, mittens and gloves
- movie nights
- stylish boots
- waiting for the first snow
- bonfires
- (faux-)fur coats and vests

And last but not least, one of my favourite things about fall/winter is that I can finally wear coats again and even if I already have a bunch of them, it is never enough. Every new season must come with a few new coat(s) and the first one I chose this year is of course a lovely pastel pink one, in a style I never had before. I love the drape collar and the fact that you can wrap it around your waist. The 2 pockets are always a plus and its length is perfect. The quality of THIS COAT is very good and I totally adore the fact that I can dress it up or down, depending on my mood. Whether I choose to wear it with sneakers, flat ankle boots, with heels or heeled OTK boots, it just doesn't matter because it goes with everything and you can create super stylish late fall / winter outfits with it. THE COAT is perfect for a late autumn day and you can wear it even in winter over a fluffy, cosy sweater.

This time I chose to wear it with some more pastels because they look so feminine and beautiful together and such a combination is always a delight for the eyes among all this season's dark colors, right? :) The floral heels are brightening every outfit and well, pink will be my happy color regardless the season. :)
You can find the coat HERE, on SALE.

Let me know what you think of this look and which are your reasons to love/hate the cold season.

Have a great week,
A.
