Controversial pieces & my new favourite bag

My husband said that this is a very neo looking outfit and I couldn't agree with him more. At least two of the items composing this look are both very trendy at the moment but most probably not everybody's cup of tea. Even I had many doubts about them before actually trying to wear them.

Yes, I am referring to the "Mom Jeans" and at the sandals with straight, jute soles. They might look a little odd or maybe a little funky, but after trying them they actually grew on me. The Mom Jeans are one of the most comfy type of jeans ever and I like these ones in particular because of their color and cut which make them look quite vintage. The sandals are also way comfier and easier to style than I have ever imagined and I actually like how they look with jeans / pants / shorts and even with dresses and skirts. For this look, I decided to pair them with this adorable shirt, which was on my wishlist for a long time and I was so happy to find it on sale a while ago. It immediately become my favourite due to its ruffles and candy color which make it so cute!

Last but not least, we all know know the famous Chloe Drew bags, which were and still are so beloved by all the bloggers and not only. Well, I found HERE the bag I am wearing today and it looks just like the one from Chloe, except it costs way less. The quality is very good and the color of this BAG is just perfect because it goes with almost everything. I also love the golden details and the fact that it is quite big and you can fit many things inside (girls know that is an important issue, right? :D ). Moreover, I would say it is suitable to be worn during spring / summer, but I can also imagine it with some autumn pieces. Don't forget to check it out HERE.

Blue sky, sunny and quite a hot day, with few tourists visiting two of the main attractions of the city, just perfect. That's how yesterday looked like for me and I'm telling you, Mondays can have their own good perks. :)

A very good friend of ours came to visit us so we spent the first day visiting the Jing'an Temple which is probably the most famous temple in Shanghai, located right in the heart of the city. I didn't get to visit it until now and I'm glad it was like that because yesterday the place was not crowded at all, in fact there were very few tourists and we could enjoy this peaceful place properly. After that we had a walk in the city center, after which we went to the Bund of course (my favorite place). And surprise surprise, even here there were just a few tourists. When I say few you have to still imagine that it was visited but compared to the weekend it was very calm and enjoyable. We even managed to take photos :))

So anyway, I chose a summerish, easy to wear outfit, in shades of white and pink. I was in the mood of wearing again this tulle skirtt which I got last summer at Zara and this time I wore it with a white slightly oversized blouse/t-shirt, a pair of sandals with straw sole (I decided to give them a go as they are so fashionable right now), a cute bag with ruffles and a wide straw hat, which is definitely a sign of summer for me :D. What do you think about this look? :D

Now I have to run - gotta catch the train to Beijing, yuhuu!

Christmas Wishlist

Darlings darlings, do you realize that there is only 1 week left till Christmas?!?! I cannot believe how fast this year passed by and that the holidays are almost here! But as it is the most wonderful time of the year (besides summer of course :D) we have to enjoy it to the fullest.

I will have some posts dedicated to Christmas as well, posts which will include two xmas outfits next week, but right now I would like to start with an inspirational wishlist simply because I think you still have time to find the right present for you or for that special someone. I really hope this will come in hand in case you haven't bought everything yet. If you did, no problem, most of the pieces I chose are appropriate for the whole winter and some of them even for spring, so I think they would be a good investment. :) As usual, you have the direct links to the products under each collage, all you have to do is click on the word that interests you.

Sammydress Colorful Bag

Yuhuu, it's FriYAY everyone and not just any but the BLACK one :)) There are sales and promotions everywhere so you can get some pretty good deals at the moment. I'm guessing everybody's going wild right now together with the websites and our bank accounts :)) Anyway, I think Black Friday and Cyber Monday are some very good opportunities to buy some of the Christmas presents at a better price.

Return to our sheep now, today's outfit is a more elegant, lady-like one because I like to dress up like that from time to time. And now that the weekend is here and the holidays are getting closer and closer I thought that it couldn't be a bad idea to show you such an outfit, right?!

Actually, I put up this outfit around the little BAG which I recently received from Sammydress and which is totally adorable. The different shades of pink, blue, black, white make it easy to style with different clothing pieces, whereas the fabric is very interesting and definitely something new in my closet :). The golden details gives the BAG a more elegant vibe and makes it look more expensive than it actually is. As you can see, the bag is quite small but I think its size is perfect for a night out or for the times when you don't need to carry a ton of things with you. :)

Since I wanted to make the bag stand out, I kept this look's color palette quite simple by wearing only black and beige/nude. The blouse is definitely my favourite due to its ruffled sleeves which make it so special and lovely, while the midi skirt needs no explanation at all as you already know how much I love this type of skirts. The heels might need a few descriptive words though: as you can see, I transformed my plain, nude heels into a pair of cutie pies by adding the bow clips from Pretty Purple Boutique. The clips are very easy to use and can be added to any type of shoes for a total makeover :D.

Sammydress Favorite Bag

Hello darlings, I am back with a not-so-autumny outfit, buuuut I can finally tell you a little something about the gorgeous BAG you saw on my Instagram page (@andyandra) several times and you all liked so much. To begin with, we all know the famous Chloe Faye bags which are a delight just to look at and probably the delight is even bigger to wear one, but yes..they are about 1500 euros, depending on the size and..long story short, I'm not there yet :)).

So in order to try something new, I saw this beauty HERE and thought it is soooo pretty that I need it in my life, so why not giving it a try. It is the first time when I made an order on this website and the first time to order a bag from these stores but the price was really good and I was very curious to see it. So I did and I instantly fell in love with it when it arrived. The bag is very well made, the colors are bright and beautiful, it has a golden chain and a adjustable shoulder strap, not to mention that it is the perfect match for autumn and winter. The multiple colors make it easy to style and I already worn it in so many styles. Again, you probably saw it on Instagram, if not follow me there and check it out :). They also had this bag in brown color, but it is out of stock at the moment. I really hope it will come back so that I can order that one as well.

As you can see, this time I chose to wear the bag with a white dress with red details which is also from Sammydress. A casual, slightly oversized, kind of a shirt dress made from a silky, quite thick material, with short sleeves and front buttons. What drew my attention about this dress was obviously the front design which I find it to be very interesting and unique. Plus that when I saw it on the website I directly pictured it with the colourful bag and even though I thought it would be a bit more oversized, I like how it looks when it is tied up with a belt. I tend to believe that I pay attention to the details, therefore I decided to add the red hat to "neutralise" all the white and bring more color to this look.
