fairy in the sand

Kiss me hard before you go
Summertime sadness
I just wanted you to know
That, baby, you're the best.

Yes, yes you are. Thing is that I usually listen to the radio during the day. Almost every day. I just need music in the background while doing my thing, plus that I like to be up to date with the new songs which come out. But sometimes I get sick of hearing the same music on and on, and this is exactly what happend yesterday,  so I started browsing through my old music and so I found Lana. The Lana. Two years ago I was listening to her songs like crazy and now I totally forgot about them. Which is why, while writing this post I'm listening to "Summertime Sadness" pretty much on repeat. :)
What better time of the year to listen to this song if not now, at the end of August? Even if this summer was loong and so very warm, I'm still getting a bit melancholic and I already miss the seaside, the sand, the fun, the long days.

On another matter, today's look is an all white one, the star of it being THIS sheer lace shirt which I liked so much the moment I saw it. I love its asymmetric cut and I that is exactly what makes it so interesting. It is completely see-through, so I had to wear a white top underneath and for the bottom part I chose a pair of white shorts. Simple and casual for the holiday, while the gladiator sandals were my closest friend this summer. I tried out two looks: with and without the turban, but I cannot decide which one I like better. What do you think?

Have a great weekend,
Love, A.

Olé!

Mhm, when I take a look on the window I feel like hiding deeper and deeper under the blankets. Yesterday was sunny and warm, today 16 degrees and rain. It felt like the beginning of March, but enough with complaining. These photos I'm showing you today are perfect to set the summer mood and make me (and hopefully you too) forget about bad weather and think of the sunny, hot days which are about to come.

You already know that the off-shoulder pieces are the one of the IT SS15 items, so I had to have THIS DRESS the moment I saw it on the website, this being the second item I got from DRESSLINK.COM. I wanted a dress in a bold color and I didn't own any red ones, plus this was the off-the-shoulders type - exactly what I needed. The material is very soft and a bit stretchy (like a t-shirt fabric) and the details make me think of a Mexican Sombrero :D The only thing that bothers me is that it is so short, but I solved the problem by wearing a pair of shorts underneath (which cannot be seen, but I assure you that are there :)) ). The gladiator sandals are also a must-have this summer, so I had to get a pair too. I found mine at Mango and they are so comfy and easy to style, big love! I kept the accessories black and quite scarce because the dress is "complicated" enough, haha. However, I think that this dress is perfect for a vacation, a festival or why not, a garden/barbeque party.

You can find the dress HERE at only 5,25$!! At the end of the post I will recommend you 3 more off shoulder dresses from this website so that you check them out, maybe you'll find the perfect one for you :)

Have a great weekend,
mucho love.
