The black cape

 Cape / Capa - HERE / AICI || Blouse / Bluza - H&M || Skirt / Fusta - Zara || Bag / Geanta - Zara || Boots / Cizme - Diva Charms || Beret / Bereta - H&M

A cape coat is definitely a piece which didn't made its way to my wardrobe, well..until now. As I like to try different things whenever I get the chance and you know how much I love wearing coats, this time I decided to choose and style a different type of coat: the CAPE.

In case you didn't know, a cape is a sleeveless coat which is to be worn over different long sleeved blouses, sweaters, dresses, leaving the sleeves of the latter items to be seen. Or it can be worn with long gloves. In my opinion, a cape coat is quite an elegant, feminine piece and can be worn on several occasions. I chose a black cape because I thought it is the easiest to style and it goes with everything, but black is also the most elegant non-colour. I love its golden buttons and I think they make this piece look more expensive than it really is and I also like the scalloped edges, which give quite a nice touch to it. I would have liked the fabric to be thicker so that I could wear this cape during the cold days of winter as well, but during the not-so-cold autumn days this is just perfect.

I paired the cape with a patterned blouse in order to make the cape stand out and emphasize its cut and shape, but also because I thought it looks more interesting. Then, berets are my tiny obsession at the moment and I finally found the perfect red one which makes me think of that parisian chic again. Paris, mon amour!
I also added a red bag to match the beret and my red lipstick and finally, the over the knee boots, which are a must-have for winter.

What do you think of this look?

Have a lovely weekend,
A.

Pink Madness

Coat / Palton - HERE / AICI || Dress / Rochie - Zara || Shirt / Camasa - H&M || Boots / Cizme - Diva Charms || Bag / Geanta - Love Moschino

Hello, hello!

It is Monday again and I thought that "a little bit" of pink could brighten up this day, right? I recently started a new collaboration with another international website and the coat that I am wearing today is one of the items I received from them. Even thought I am very much into red at the moment, I will always love pink and this COAT has the sweetest and girliest shade of pink. The quality is very good and the coat is super soft and way thicker than I had expected which makes it perfect for winter as well :)

This beautiful color was definitely asking for a lady-like outfit and quite frankly I missed wearing something like that as lately I am more into casual looks, so it was the perfect occasion to pair it with my new obsession - the polka dotted shirt, over which I wore a black knitted dress. I also took out my velvet over-the-knees boots for the first time this year and I feel that we are slowly heading towards winter, this probably being my first winterish look. :) One big pair of pearly earrings and my favourite bag and I was ready to go. What do you think about this look?

On another matter, I still have many new items to show you these days, so stay tuned!

Have a lovely new week, A.

P.S: You can find the coat HERE, on SALE and oh, my darlings, I forgot to tell you that if you use the code "LauraZF" on your checkout you will get a discount (for e.g. if your purchase is 30$, you will pay only 27$, if it is 50$ - you pay 45$ and so on), therefore hurry up and take advantage of it! :D

Starry Pink ⭐️

Sweater / Pulover - HERE / AICI (similar HERE/ AICI) || Dress / Rochie - Primark ||
Hat / Palarie - Primark || Boots / Cizme - Diva-Charms || Bag / Geanta - Guess

Hey cuties, what is new with you?! The days are passing by quite fast for me as I am still trying to accommodate with everything, I walk a lot everyday trying to discover these places, I began to go to the gym again (you know, new years resolutions and such :D) and I also have to do things around the house. I can't believe it is almost the weekend, but yay for that because I hope we'll be able to see more of this city and also to take some new photos. If you're not following me on Instagram, you should totally do it because that is my favourite social media program and therefore it's where I post most of the photos (@andyandra).

On another matter, pink is the colour to which I always seem to go back and I love it every time. I ordered this lovely sweater before Christmas, along with the burgundy dress you saw in my previous post and I was super excited to get it. Well, the sweater turned out to be slightly different than the picture, meaning that it was not that oversized and the neckline was a bit tighter, but the fabric was still really soft and the colour - just gorgeous. The sweater can also be worn off the shoulders but, as I said, it might be a bit tight. Warm, pretty and perfect for winter, I decided to wear it over a dress because I thought the combination with the stars would look great and so it did :)
Finally, I added my new OTK boots which I simply adore, and that is for 2 reasons: one, they are really long and tight and two, they are made of a velvety material, which we all know was the hit of this season. Last but not least, I also added my new Guess bag for even more color. :)

Sadly, the sweater is currently out of stock, but you can find a similar one HERE.

What do you think of this look?

Have a lovely weekend,
A.
