Eyes-Printed Waistcoat

Hello hello, I did tell you that this week comes with three outfit posts, so here is the second one of the "Pink Week" series :))

One of my favorite looks, which combines a cool pair of ripped jeans (I told you I'm in love with these ones, didn't I?!), a pinky-nude top with lace detail and a long waistcoat which I totally adore! As you must have already figured it out, this post is about the lovely vest / waistcoat, which has several shades of pink, nude and white but also blue and black, all these colors making it a very versatile piece. Waistcoats were not exactly my cup of tea until recently, but a cool, long one could make your outfit pretty awesome, so when I saw the lovely print this one has I thought it is definitely something else, something that I must try styling. :) Its fabric is thick and of a very good quality, therefore it is a perfect piece for fall as well. You can wear it over a turtleneck sweater or a blouse, with jeans, pants or skirts or even over a dress and the interesting print will make your outfit stand out. :) You can find the vest HERE.
Finally I added a pair of nude heels and a big black bag and I'm very happy with the result. What do you think? :)

Now I have to leave you cause I have sooo much to do today, but I will wait for you on Friday on the blog with the third pinkish look :)

Have a lovely week,
A.

That 70s Show

Hey loves, it's Fri-YAY! hehehe..I know I was supposed to have a new post yesterday but somehow I was in no mood to write. Plus that I couldn't make up my mind which photos to post since I still have some older outfits to show you, but I also wanted to show you this one which we shot on Wednesday. Big dilemma, so finally I decided to post the latter.

Well this look is inspired by the TV-Series "That 70s Show" which I used to watch when I was younger and which I totally loved - the characters, the actors, the fashion, the laughter. So when I saw that kick-flare jeans are very in this season I decided to try a pair on and see how they look. Seeing them on a hanger though made me feel very skeptical, but when I tried them on everything changed. I actually liked them a lot and I think they are truly something else: vintage-looking and more interesting than the normal skinny jeans that we literally see everywhere. Since they were also on SALE, I couldn't say no to a fresh breath to my jeans collection and I realized that they are actually quite versatile. I already wore them with Converse, with lace up flats and with heels and I liked all the combos. For this outfit however, I decided to pair them with a ruffle top in some pretty, summerish colors, a long white vest and a pair of nude high heels. A pair of sandals or shoes with block heels would have been even more in the 70s style but I don't own any so this would do for the moment, haha. Let me know what you think!

Kiss kiss & a lovely weekend ahead,
A.

December Wishlist

Hello lovelies,

I'm sure you all remember DRESSLINK.COM, the website where I got my grey tulle skirt from, the skirt you all liked so much (see here and here). So, as promised, I created some collages and made another wishlist for me and you with some perfect items for this season. Let's face it, the real winter is not yet here, so now is the perfect time for you to invest in some fluffy, cozy and soft items which will surely keep you warm. For this particular reason I chose this time only faux-fur items, which are a must this season, and I split them again into three categories: vests, coats and collars. I love faux-fur items since last year and I think they look amazing in both casual and elegant outfits, depending of course on the type of item you own.

But to come back to my wishlist, I found many pretty things on this website at great prices and I decided to choose three for each category and to show you some fluffiness :D. Once again, the vests are under 10$,  the coats under 12$ and the collars under 8$! Can you believe it?! I think they are an amazing deal and you should definitely take a look. I already order one of these items, so let me know which one do you think it is and which is your favorite.

Remember, you have direct links to each product, just click on HERE, and you have the banner to their store on the right side of the blog's page.

Mucho love,
Andra
