Heyhey,

I am writing this post waaay later than usual and that is because I had a lot of photos to edit today, for this look and for the one coming later on this week. This is by far my favourite outfit lately and...can you tell that I can't wait for spring to arrive?! In fact, the day we took these photos there were supposed to be 17 degrees C, but oh well..it ended up being only 13. It was a bit chilly but I HAD to show you this wonderful SKIRT which I got a while ago but I waited for spring to wear it. And I can't wait for the warmer days to come to make some more use of it :).

Midi length, Leo print, ruffles...I mean what else could you wish for? It is just gorgeous and the quality is amazing, as usual. I decided to wear the SKIRT in a casual way, with a white tee and a biker jacket to which I added my new favourite pair of Converse - white with high soles. Ahh I can already see myself wearing these to death this spring / summer.

What do you think of this look? How would you wear this skirt? Remember, you can find it HERE.

Love, A.

Nude colors & SS19 trends

Sweater / Pulover - HERE / AICI || Coat / Palton - Chicwish || Skirt / Fusta - Shein ||
Boots / Cizme - Stradivarius || Bag / Geanta - Michael Kors

This spring - summer we wear beige and nudes! It continues to be one of this season's biggest trends and I wanted of course to comply with it, even if by the time I took these photos was still quite cold.

I created my look starting with this super soft, warm and gorgeous SWEATER which is perfect for winter but also for the chilly spring days. It has an oversized style which I totally love and a really long turtleneck which had to be rolled several times 😅 and will keep you extra warm. I also like the black / beige stripes and its coziness. I decided to wear the sweater with a pleated PU leather skirt, which I haven't worn in ages and my suede brown boots. I added my sandy coat and a taupe bag to the whole ensemble and there you go...I gathered all the shades of nudes in one outfit. 😀

On another matter, spring was for me all about pastels and cute bright colors, therefore this trend was quite a surprise for me. Don't get me wrong, I love beige, browns and nudes but I think they are more appropriate for autumn, don't you think?! Anywho, this season there is a little something for everyone: prints, neon colors, bleach colors, utility overalls, cycling shorts, big unconventional hats, bows, fruity coloured suits (this I'm particularly happy about), feathers, fringes, macrame appliqués and lace.

Which is your favourite SS19 trend?

Have a lovely day,
A.

Weekday Unwind

Hey there!

I don't know how this week goes for you, but I feel quite unenergised and I could honestly sleep all day. January is one of my least favourite months (together with November) because it involves all that post-Christmas-blues, plus that I feel like it's super long and cold and nothing really happens :) But it's ok, we still have half of it then it will be February (when we have some things planed) and then hopefully spring will come :D.

Moving on from today's thoughts, I wanted to show you another look (and the lost one) shot in Romania, a look which I imaged exactly as you see it ever since I ordered the wrap BLOUSE and the SKIRT on the website. The wrap blouse / sweater seemed a very interesting piece of clothing and I immediately thoughts that its ivory colour will enable me to wear it in many combinations. The fabric is extremely soft and lovely to wear and I think it's perfect for autumn, winter and even spring, therefore it's definitely a good investment. You can find it HERE, and it comes also in a gorgeous red brown and in a dusty blue.

The skirt is exactly as on the website, the fabric is very thick and perfect for winter and I find it to be very chic. I love the buttons and the belt in front and I think it is very suitable to be worn at the office, for a meeting or for a slightly formal occasion. However, what disappointed me is the fact that (for the first time ever) I received a size XL instead of M, so you imagine how huge it is on me. I'm sure that it would have looked even better if it were the right size, but anyway I think I managed to pull it off and the outfit was just as I imagined it. You can find the skirt HERE, also in grey.

What do you think of this look? Where would you wear it?

Have a lovely week,
A.
