The Bardot-Style Floral Dress

Dress / Rochie - HERE / AICI || Sandals / Sandale - Zara (similar) ||
Choker / Choker - Zara || Bag / Geanta - Manguun

Happy Fri-YAY, darlings! The weekend is here and you might have a special event to attend or maybe you will just have one of those days when you want to feel feminine and chic, therefore I thought I could show you today a beautiful floral dress which would be the perfect choice for any of the above mentioned situations and not only.

The reasons for which I chose this DRESS are pretty obvious, right? It has a midi length, a lovely fold over Bardot style detail and a delicate floral print and it's that kind of dress which will make me (and hopefully you too) feel beautiful, feminine and elegant. :) I missed wearing some high heels as I realised that I don't wear them too oft anymore, so I went for my silver sandals to which I also added a silver bag. I must tell you, metallic sandals are quite a must-have this season and you should definitely invest in a silver or golden pair. :)

But let's get back to the lovely DRESS. If you are not a high-heels kinda gal, this type of dress will also go just fine with a pair of flats or flat sandals and the multitude of colors makes it easy to style. Instead of silver you can always go for pink, purple, blue, white, black, mint, grey and the list may continue, it's up to you to choose how you like to wear it. I found the dress HERE and the price is just amazing, you need to check it out!

How would you wear it?

Have a lovely weekend,
A.

Dusky Pink Ruffles

Blouse / Bluza - HERE / AICI || Blazer / Sacou - H&M || Jeans / Blugi - Zara || Bag / Geanta - H&M || Heels / Pantofi - Primark || Earrings / Cercei - H&M

Do you know that moment when you have your outfit ready for a certain location and you had already imagined how the photos will turn out and of course everything would go silky smooth? Yeah, that almost never happens and the plans we make at home are usually very far away from the reality. The same thing happened to me on Monday when I wanted to shoot this outfit and my brilliant idea was to do that at the Bund because that truly is one of the most beautiful places in the city. However, I did not take into consideration that it is also one of the most famous and busy places in the city, not to mention that on that day there was also a national holiday and the place would be even more crowded that usual. And when I say crowded, you can't even imagine and I can't even properly describe what crowded means in this country.

So the moment we got there all my plans were ruined and I already thought we would have to do it another time but in the end we found a little place where there were fewer people. We only managed to take a few photos as it was really not the best location for something like that, plus that everybody was staring at us..prettyyy awkward! At least now you will understand my not-so-happy face in these photos :))

Nonetheless, I had to show you this adorable dusky pink BLOUSE that I wore on Monday and which I totally love. Why? Because it's something I didn't see yet on any other blogs, plus that it has a gorgeous color and it is definitely something I didn't have so far. The design is very feminine and cute and the blouse has a lot of fabric in it. I also love the fact that the layered ruffles go all the way to the back, which makes it of a very good quality. I styled it this time with a pair of embroidered mom jeans and some pinky/nude accessories, but you can easily make it look more elegant by adding a pair of trousers or a pencil skirt. On the other hand, you can also dress it down by wearing a pair of sneakers to those jeans. :) The options are infinite, it's up to you to choose. You can find the lovely blouse HERE and I think it is definitely something you should add to your spring / summer wardrobe.

What do you think? How would you wear this blouse?

Have a lovely weekend,
A.

Celebrating Love

Dress / Rochie - HERE / AICI || Coat / Palton - HERE / AICI || Bag / Geanta - Guess || Heels / Pantofi - Primark || Earrings / Cercei - H&M

Hey babes!

We all know that today is a special day, a day to be spent with our better half, a day which celebrates LOVE. We will probably spend the evening at home, but I intend to prepare a special dinner for us, wish me luck!

However, I thought of having this special post about Valentine's Day because every special occasion is an opportunity to wear something more elegant and out of the ordinary, something you don't get to wear on a daily basis, right? So I felt like putting up a romantic and feminine outfit, in a style which I haven't been wearing for a long while now.
When I saw this DRESS I immediately knew that it would be the perfect choice on this occasion and I'm quite happy that I ordered it because it is truly beautiful. The shape and style are very flattering and most of all I love the ruffled sleeves. In case you didn't know, ruffles are BIG right now and you can see them on almost every piece: skirts, blouses, sweaters, dresses, even bags. This is perfectly fine with me as I completely adore this trend and I can't wait for the spring to come and be able to get our ruffled groove on, haha.

Anyway, getting back to the dress, the fabric is very good and I like the fact that it is quite thick and not stretchy, fact which makes the dress look more elegant. I wasn't sure whether to style it with red or pink this time but in the end, all roads lead to pink in my case. :)) So I chose my fuchsia bag from Guess because I loved the contrast with the dress and I added the gorgeous flowers I received from my love. :) However, the black&white style looks amazing with any color with which it creates a contrast, it's up to you to decide which is your color.

Let me know what you think of this look and how will you spend Valentine's Day?

Big love, A.

P.S.: You can find the dress HERE and the price is amazing, trust me!

24 Days of Christmas Blogging - Christmas Outfit #2

Dress / Rochie - HERE / AICI || Turtleneck / Helanca - Motivi || Heels / Pantofi cu toc - Zara || Bag / Geanta - Victoria's Secret || Earrings / Cercei - Pretty Purple Boutique

Hey there, my darling ones!

Here I am, as promised, with a second outfit which can be worn tomorrow (OMG, it is already Christmas Eve!), on Christmas day or even for the New Year's Eve. This time I chose wonderful velvet dress, in a great burgundy shade or if you like, a wine red shade, which is just perfect for this holiday. This dress has an A-line shape and a deep V-neck, which is why I chose to wear it with a turtleneck top underneath. The quality of the dress is very good, the fabric is unbelievably soft and I love how festive this dress looks. I decided to add some more black elements, like the black bag and a pair of fishnet tights, but when it comes to shoes, I wore a pair of burgundy stilettos. Last but not least, I also chose a pair of gorgeous burgundy earrings from Pretty Purple Boutique, which were the perfect match to my dress (thank you darling!:) ).

Moreover, this post is part of the Bloggers Advent Calendar and it is the first time for me to be part of this lovely project, a project for which many great and talented bloggers have reunited to offer you daily inspiration, giveaways, Christmas recipes, etc. You can find all of our posts on our Facebook website - 24 Days of Christmas Blogging , I think it is definitely worth checking them out.
As I said, today is my turn, but you can also check Svenja's post from yesterday and tomorrow comes with two different posts written by Lysann and Hai-Yen. I can't wait to see how they will surprise us. :)

I hope you will have the happiest holidays, a Merry and hopefully white Christmas, many presents, joy and a wonderful time!
Big love, A.

P.S: My little furry friends send you their greetings as well <3
P.P.S: I'm sorry that the quality of the photos is not the best, I just didn't have the best lighting. :)
