I was thinking what to write about today and somehow I remembered that when I was in school I used to have a Word file where I was writing all my favourite quotes which I could find online. Yep, I used to keep them all in one place because I was afraid I won't find them ever again. Silly me, haha.

But anyway, since I like mixing things a little bit and making a change from time to time is always a good idea, I was looking on Pinterest today and I found some pretty cool quotes which might be just perfect for an inspirational Monday. Therefore I thought of listing some of them here and of course, I would love to hear your thoughts about them / about this kind of post and maybe you can tell me your favourite quote, if you have one :)

So these are the ones I chose for today and I hope they will inspire you :) Speaking of change, you may also notice that I edited my photos a bit different this time and I tried to make them fit my pretty bubble gum pink dress that I chose to wear yesterday. You already know that pink is my happy color and I couldn't be happier that there is such a hype around all shades of pink this season. I can finally wear pink till I drop :)))) This dress is super simple, but the bright colour and the frilled sleeves do all the trick. I chose to wear it with some golden sandals and my colourful new minaudière and I think I got a pretty cheerful, summer appropriate look, right? :) How would you wear this dress?

Celebrating Love

Hey babes! 

We all know that today is a special day, a day to be spent with our better half, a day which celebrates LOVE. We will probably spend the evening at home, but I intend to prepare a special dinner for us, wish me luck! 

However, I thought of having this special post about Valentine's Day because every special occasion is an opportunity to wear something more elegant and out of the ordinary, something you don't get to wear on a daily basis, right? So I felt like putting up a romantic and feminine outfit, in a style which I haven't been wearing for a long while now. 

When I saw this DRESS I immediately knew that it would be the perfect choice on this occasion and I'm quite happy that I ordered it because it is truly beautiful. The shape and style are very flattering and most of all I love the ruffled sleeves. In case you didn't know, ruffles are BIG right now and you can see them on almost every piece: skirts, blouses, sweaters, dresses, even bags. This is perfectly fine with me as I completely adore this trend and I can't wait for the spring to come and be able to get our ruffled groove on, haha. 

Anyway, getting back to the dress, the fabric is very good and I like the fact that it is quite thick and not stretchy, fact which makes the dress look more elegant. I wasn't sure whether to style it with red or pink this time but in the end, all roads lead to pink in my case. :)) So I chose my fuchsia bag from Guess because I loved the contrast with the dress and I added the gorgeous flowers I received from my love. :) However, the black&white style looks amazing with any color with which it creates a contrast, it's up to you to decide which is your color.

Casual black & green

Hey hey, what's up what's new? :) As you probably know by now, I usually post on Mondays but since yesterday was quite a weird day for me and I wasn't feeling that well I decided to postpone it for today. Changes are also welcome from time to time, right? :)

I can't believe that Christmas is almost here and I actually can't wait to decorate the tree and start feeling the holiday spirit, because this year, unlike the past years I'm not exactly feeling it. However I'm sure that this will change once I get home :) And if there are two colors to think about when I say "Christmas" these would definitely be RED and dark GREEN (emerald green, forest green, etc). I just feel that these colors work best during this time of the year, especially the type of green that I chose to wear in today's post. I've been having this cardigan for some years now but somehow I always find myself wearing it only during this time of the year. I totally love this type of green and since I didn't have this color on the blog since forever I decided it would be a great combo to the lovely black dress that I'm wearing.

The little black dress is a classic, always was and always will be, but if you're looking for a dress which can be worn in both casual and elegant outfits than this is definitely the one. It is made of a soft cotton material, which makes it very comfortable, it has an a-line shape and what is truly special about this dress are the ruffled sleeves, which I love. They just make it so adorable :)
Also, it is very easy to style and this time I chose to wear it in a casual combo, with my beloved ankle boots, a pair of fishnet tights and for some extra color, I also added a green velvet backpack which I find to be super cute. :) The dress can be found HERE, at an amazing price and the best part is that you can find it in many other colors, just check it out :)
