The lace-up skirt & metallic jacket

Hey hey, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas with magical moments spent with your dear ones. I know I did and I wish it could have lasted longer, but no worries the holiday continues this week as well :D Even if I am on holiday I still wanted to be active around here and post two new outfits every week. I might have not kept my regular schedule but I managed to do as I told myself I would, yuhuu.

I shot this outfit with my dear friend at the beginning of December and I keep thinking how fast time flies. However, I postponed this one because I had other things to show you first, plus that a break from all the grey looks I had last month was quite welcomed :) I created this look around the skirt and jacket, which I imagined to wear together ever since I saw them on the website. They were both a big crush of mine and I liked them even more after receiving the package. The skirt is made out of a very soft, faux suede fabric and it has a zipper at the back. What I love mostly about it is the front side which has two pockets and a lacing detail and they make it so special and pretty. You can find it HERE.

The jacket was on my wishlist ever since I saw a similar one at Zara and I'm so happy I chose this one. The faux leather material is soft and not very thick, so the jacket is very appropriate for spring, summer and autumn. I would say the jacket is cropped and the details on it are very well made. This time I decided to wear it with a striped thick sweater and a pair of over the knee boots but I think it can be worn in so many other styles and the metallic color makes it a true statement piece (click HERE).

24 Days of Christmas Blogging - Christmas Outfit #2

Hey there, my darling ones!

Here I am, as promised, with a second outfit which can be worn tomorrow (OMG, it is already Christmas Eve!), on Christmas day or even for the New Year's Eve. This time I chose wonderful velvet dress, in a great burgundy shade or if you like, a wine red shade, which is just perfect for this holiday. This dress has an A-line shape and a deep V-neck, which is why I chose to wear it with a turtleneck top underneath. The quality of the dress is very good, the fabric is unbelievably soft and I love how festive this dress looks. I decided to add some more black elements, like the black bag and a pair of fishnet tights, but when it comes to shoes, I wore a pair of burgundy stilettos. Last but not least, I also chose a pair of gorgeous burgundy earrings from Pretty Purple Boutique, which were the perfect match to my dress (thank you darling!:) ).

Christmas Outfit #1

Hey loves, after a long, tiring past week I am back with a first Christmas outfit idea :) I was telling you in my previous post that this week will be all about Xmas and I will prepare two outfits which I find to be very appropriate for you to wear either on Christmas Eve or on Christmas day.

For this first look I chose a golden sweater which caught my attention the very first instant I saw it and I thought it would be perfect on this occasion. I love the fact that it is oversized, so it looks amazing with pants / jeans as well and the quality is very good. On the inside it is in fact black, but it "painted" gold on the outside. The large V-neck allows you to wear it in several ways, like off one shoulder, with necklaces / chokers or just as it is. The sweater is very pretty and a true statement piece and I found it HERE at a very good price, on a new website which I recently discovered.

What I also found on IRISIE.COM is the lovely pleated skirt, in a navy blue shade and velvet material. You all know that velvet is very IN right now and I find it to be very elegant, even royal if you like, and very suitable for the holiday season. Also, the skirt was the perfect match to the golden sweater and I had this outfit in mind from the moment I ordered the two pieces. You can find the skirt HERE, on navy blue or green.

Finally, I completed this outfit with a pair of fishnet tights, my navy blue velvet boots and a navy blue velvet bag with golden details. Let me know what you think and how would you wear this golden sweater.
