On this last day of 2017 I thought of making a wishlist which might give you some inspiration for the night between years. I chose different dresses which are suitable for different occasions, from a glam party to a more elegant one and even to a gathering with friends, it's up to you to see what suits you and the event you're attending best.

Happy New 2016!

Hello my dears,

My vacation came to an end, so here I am back with a new post. This is the first one for 2016, so what better way to start the year other than showing you the outfit I wore for the New Year's Eve Party we attended? The photos were taken after the NYE, but I wanted to show you my dress because I fell in love with it a while ago and I finally got it as a present for Christmas from my dear parents. :) Since that night was extremely cold, I paired it with my OTK boots but you can also wear stilettos or even sandals with it. I added a pair of very long earrings, which I figured that would match the fringes perfectly. A glass of champagne was necessary to complete the outfit and the occassion, so cheers to this new year! I just wish I had more light in order to get a better quality of the photos, sorry for that.

On another matter, I was home for three weeks and it was great! We had a lovely time with our family and friends and it was so good to disconnect from the daily routine. The only problem is to get back on track now :)) I've been meaning to post from there as well but my laptop was kinda dead for two weeks, after which I caught a wonderful cold and I had to stay in bed for 3 days and then I thought..heey, vacations are vacations so we should enjoy it. I didn't take many photos, but I still have another look to show you, don't worry!

sequin love

Hello darlings,

Winter holidays are long gone and so is NYE, but I wanted to make a special post to present you the outfit that I wore on the night of passage between years. I usually go for a dress on such an occasion, but this year I wanted something else. All sequined clothes have created a madness this winter and I fell in love with them myself so I wanted to wear something sparkly, pretty, yet not too fancy for this NYE and my first thought were the silver sequined pants/leggings from H&M, which I've been craving for quite a while.

As I am very lucky when I want something badly (sarcastically speaking), I couldn't find the silver ones in my size (they had only bigger sizes) so I tried the golden ones on and I kind of liked them. I knew from the beginning it will be more difficult to match them than the silver ones but my mom convinced me to give it a try. After finding the perfect oversized black blouse at Bershka, I was actually thrilled with the result and I am happy I obtained exactly what I was wishing for. The hat was not included. Hope you like it!

NYE's outfit

Among napkins and flu pills, I'm sitting in the middle of my bed, sipping some hot soup and writting this new post. I promised to show you my NYE's outfit, but you will see that the pics were not taken that night since I was not in the mood for photos and anyway I thought they would come out better in the daylight. My picture territory was intruded and what came out is not exactly what I imagined.

Funny thing is that the two lovely dogs you will see below didn't exactly let me do my thing all by myself, they probably wanted you to know them. As you already know, I'm a cat person, but these two dogs are so cute and loving, and it's unbelievable how happy a dog can be when it sees you. While cats, you know, they don't care most of the times (I still love you most, you felines, don't worry!).
They have both been adopted, the big one from the dog shelter and the little one was wandering the nearby streets, and they will probably be forever grateful for this. In case you were wondering, they are not mine because I have four cats (two were "adopted" from the street), but they belong to my future in-laws.
Here's a piece of advice: adopt an innocent soul and it will always be thankful!

Regarding the outfit, I chose a b&w outfit, not a very fancy one because it wouldn't have been appropriate for the place where we've been. At first I had a totally different thing in mind, but when I tried this dress on, I fell in love instantly. I also like how it looks with the tall boots and the b&w bag. If you want a more elegant look, you can pair it, for example, with red stilettos and a red clutch.
