the asymmetric dress

Hello babes, you might think that today's look is not exactly winter appropriate and I can't deny it, but it can easily be an inspiration for the upcoming spring. In fact, we had such high temperatures and sunny weather this week that it truly felt like spring. If only it would last..

Anyway, I had a big dilemma on how to wear this dress now, at the end of January. I loved it when I saw it online so I ordered it, but I didn't really think that the lovely dress has short sleeves and it is made of chiffon and even if it will arrive in about 3 weeks, we'll still have winter around here and we'll be freezing our asses off :))
Yeah, so a pair of sandals (as it would have been magical) was out of the question because I'm not thaaaat brave to wear sandals in winter, not even when there are +14 degrees. I think that's just snobbish and unrealistic and I'm here to show you wearable outfits during the current seasons.
Sooo the idea of creating a rock-chic outfit crossed my mind and I think it was the best choice for this time of the year. The wonderful dress is of course the star of the outfit, to which I added a faux leather jacket, some flat ankle boots, golden accessories, my favorite hat and a studded clutch. What I love about the dress is its asymmetric cut and the black & white combo, which makes it so easy to style. I can't wait to wear it next summer <3 Btw, you can find it HERE on SALE, for less than 15$! :)

Have a lovely weekend,
A.
