red plaid for winter

Hello December, I can't believe you're already here! I'm happy that November is already gone because it's not among my favorites, but I have the feeling that this year passed so quickly, maybe too quickly. It was a beautiful year, with lots of traveling and remarkable moments, but more about this in some future posts. So now the celebration of this pretty month begins, the only winter one I like, and we can anxiously wait for Christmas to come, we can start thinking about the presents we have to buy, about spending magical moments with the loved ones, about New Year's Eve and the list may continue. I can't wait.

On another matter, Happy National Day, Romania! I hope you will get to cherish more all the beauties you own and you will grow stronger and stronger everyday!

Having said that, today's outfit lacks the yellow but I hope this red and blue look is close enough and acceptable :P

Last week I met my dear friend and went shopping a little so I needed a comfy outfit to wear, therefore I chose my favorite pair of high waist skinny jeans and a plaid shirt. In fact, the SHIRT was supposed to be a dress, but even if I chose a very big size hoping it will be long enough, it turned out to be still too short and very large in the upper side. However, the fabric is quite thick and soft which makes it perfect for this season and I like its print and the A-Line cut. You can easily create both night and day outfits with it, just by changing you shoes and accessories. I think it looks very cute with skinny jeans and boots, when you want to obtain a casual outfit for the day (as I did), or you can add some heels and a black clutch, maybe a biker jacket for a night out. Either way, the shirt has this special cut which will make your outfit prettier and more interesting. What do you think?

Love,
Andra

  2. Very pretty outfit, it happens often that clothes from Chinese online shop are too short, but I like the way that you wore this dress!
