stripes & tulips

Hello darlings,

This would have been a good post for the International Women's Day (which was yesterday), but I like to think that this whole month is ours, ladies, so one day later is just fine. :D
I'm really glad and thankful for this amazing weather and a proper spring, so I didn't hesitate much and took out of my closet this pretty midi white skirt and the blue pumps and paired them with a striped blouse. All prints are very in this season, but stripes are definitely my favourite ones. A striped tee or blouse is a must-have in everyone's wardrobe! And why is that? Because of the frenchie vibe it gives to your look and because it can be worn in so many combinations. I particularly like how stripes look when paired with intense colors, such as fuchsia, green, red, blue, mustard yellow, or even with other prints but that is another story. :)
Since there's no spring without tulips, I thought that such a bouquet would lighten up my outfit. :)
