Forest Green

 Overall / Salopeta - HERE / AICI || Bag / Geanta - HERE / AICI || Slides / Saboti - H&M

Overalls and jumpsuits have definitely been among my favourites this year and I already got a few in several styles and lengths. If the one that I showed you in my previous post is very summerish, festival / vacation appropriate, the OVERALL I am wearing today is totally different, more elegant and delicate. I fell in love with its colour right from the beginning and I think it has the prettiest shade of green ever! I love the fact that it is very long, therefore I can wear it with heels as well, I love the palazzo style of the pants and I love its satiny fabric. It has a deep V-Neck,  a zipper at the back and adjustable straps and I, for one, find that it fits perfectly. You can find it HERE in several colours (between us, I seriously think of getting the pink one as well <3).

Straw bags are my favourite bags to wear during summer and I didn't have a black one until I saw THIS beauty on the website and I immediately saw it together with this green overall. The quality of this bag is very good (just like the one from Zara) and I love how versatile it is. I already wore it in so many combinations and the good part is that it has a lot of room inside, therefore you can fit in everything you need. My only regret it that I didn't have it with me during the holiday, it would have been perfect for so many outfits. Find it HERE.

Finally, I added a few retro elements like the polkadot scarf and a big pair of sunglasses and since I am not into high heels at the moment, I went for some very comfy black slides with bows. And to tell you the truth, I wanted to wear this exact outfit when we were in Sevilla, but...tough luck. I did wear something similar thought.. :)

What do you think?

Wishing you a pretty weekend ahead,
A.

Girl of summer 🌾

Jumpsuit / Salopeta - HERE / AICI (*Werbung / PR Sample) ||
Sandals / Sandale - Bershka (last year) || Bag / Geanta - Zara

Wow, it's been a while! But I returned from my holiday with a few new outfits we shot there, which I definitely want to show you (don't know when tho') and other outfits I prepared this weekend because of all the gorgeous new stuff I got during my holiday or after coming back. In fact I ordered all these before going to Spain, thinking that they would make some great holiday outfits, but unfortunately they arrived after I left. Long story short I had to adapt to what I had, meaning to match them to other locations than I previously had in mind. And I must tell you I quite like the result and the good part is that this demonstrates how versatile these items can be.

So anyway, I decided to start with this lovely JUMPSUIT which would be among my first choices for a festival or for an outfit at the seaside or why not..for some pretty pictures in the wheat field, right? :D I absolutely adore the big flowy sleeves, the open back and of course the floral print. All these details make it super pretty and perfect for summer and even though this is not something I would wear on a daily basis, on special occasions like the ones mentioned above would definitely be on my list. I added my favourite straw bag, a pair of pink sandals and a flower band and let this pretty piece do its magic. :) You can find the jumpsuit HERE for only 23$ and guess what?! They have it on green too and that one is super pretty as well!

What do you think of this look?

Happy new week everyone!
Love, A

Retro feelings

Jumpsuit / Salopeta - HERE /AICI || Bag / Geanta - Zara || Hat / Palarie - H&M ||
Espadrilles / Espadrile - Asos.de

A new week (usually) starts with a new outfit on the blog, so here I am showing you another summer #look that I love so much, but this time I tried something new when it comes to editing my photos and I'm really curious to see what you think about it. As you might have noticed, I tend to keep my photos as natural as possible and when I edit them I usually work on the contrast, brightness and other few tools, but nothing major as I like to have my photos as real as possible. Also, I don't want to ruin them by using too many effects, presets & co. :))

But the point is that in a world that offers us tons of editing tools / apps / programs which help you create an image where everything seems to be perfect and flawless, I think it's very important to stay true to yourself, to embrace your flaws and cherish your strengths, because all of these make you unique, they make you YOU. I don't want to get in too many details as everyone can do as he / she pleases, but remember.. the purpose of these apps / editing tools is not to completely transform your photos into something unrecognizable , but to enhance your images.

So anyway, I was telling in the first paragraph that this time I chose a new filter for my photos and the reason is that I felt this filter matched my outfit perfectly and it actually enhanced it. I wore my new floral JUMPSUIT, which is so summerish and cute, with a pair of espadrilles and some straw accessories, all of these making this look the typical summer #outfit. The jumpsuit is extremelyyyy comfortable and the fabric is super soft and nice and even a bit elastic. Even the color makes it perfect for this time of the year. :) You can find it HERE!
But the filter I used for the photos gave them a vintage / retro touch and I think it made them look more special, right?! I'm very eager to hear you opinion about it!

Do you think I should change the filters more often or do you like the photos to be as natural as possible?

Have a lovely new week,
A.
