day dreaming

Here I am today with a new post, a new location for my photos (which I totally love, btw), some new items in red and burgundy (very Christmas appropriate, I know) and many thoughts running through my mind. The thoughts generally concern the following days, the excitement of making my luggage and getting ready to leave, but not only. During this time of the year we all have a different perspective on things and events and we enjoy the little things more than usual. That's me, at least. The burning candles from the Christmas arrangement on the table, the blinking lights in the tree, the silver ornaments, the smell of oranges and cinnamon, a hot tea and some spekulatius biscuits, these are the little pleasures which tell us there are only 9 days left til Christmas, but these days pass the slowest. And there is this thing: you kinda want them to pass, but you don't want them to pass, you know what I mean?

Anyway, I shall continue day dreaming after I tell you some words about today's outfit. Last Monday I received some new items from OASAP, items I've been expecting dearly. The sweater is totally different from what I have in my closet, first of all because is red (my first red sweater), and secondly because it has that cable pattern. I usually go for simple, oversized, fluffy sweaters but this caught my attention so I had to have it. I really like everything about it, it is very well made, it is soft and warm and I like the fact that it is so long.
I paired it with a black skirt, boots and the fringed velvet bag. The hat is also from OASAP and it is made of wool, and the quality is extremely good.
