fringes & sparkles

Like taken from a fairytale..that's how I see these photos. The colors, the location, the light, everything makes me see it like that. Am I wrong or not, you should tell me this!

The Kimono is the Japanese traditional garment, which in fact means "a thing to wear". Kimonos are T-shaped, straight-lined robes worn so that the hem falls to the ankle, with attached collars and long, wide sleeves. Kimono are wrapped around the body, always with the left side over the right and secured by a sash called an obi, which is tied at the back. (Source Wikipedia)

We all know that kimonos were definitely the IT piece of Summer 2014, but fortunately the trend has been extended to this autumn too, fact which made me quite happy since I didn't manage to get one the past summer.
The one that I'm wearing below I first saw at Zara, at the beginning of this autumn and I fell in love with its color palette and especially the dominating burgundy. However, I ordered mine from my favorite international online shop, OASAP.COM. I kept the rest of the outfit black and simple because I wanted the kimono to be the star of the whole look, but I couldn't help myself and I had to add some sparkle, which is, of course, the statement necklace I also got from OASAP.

You find the direct links to the products under the photos, just click on HERE. Both the kimono and the necklace are on SALE!
